YOGA - THE UNION OF MIND,
BODY & SPIRIT
Hi, I'm Jasmin
I’m a British Wheel of Yoga qualified teacher offering Traditional Hatha and Restorative Yoga in Bournemouth and Poole.
My approach is rooted in yoga as much more than simply a physical practice. I bring together movement, breathwork, relaxation and traditional yogic practices to create classes that support the body while giving the mind space to slow down.
Whether you’re completely new to yoga or have been practising for years, my aim is to create a welcoming space where you can explore the practice at your own pace.
You don’t need to be flexible or know the poses to begin. My classes welcome complete beginners, with clear guidance and options to suit your body. Move at your own pace and rest whenever you need, whether you’re here to ease tension, build strength or take time for yourself. Feeling nervous? Get in touch and I’ll help you choose your first class.

Do I need any yoga experience?
Not at all. My classes are suitable for complete beginners as well as more experienced practitioners. I offer different options throughout the practice, so you can work at a level that feels appropriate for you.
What do I need to bring?
Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle with you to class. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Any additional equipment needed for the class will be provided. You’re also welcome to bring an extra layer, such as a blanket, for the relaxation.
Which class is right for me?
Traditional Hatha is ideal if you’re looking for a balanced practice that offers a challenge if you're up for it, and modifications if that's what your body needs on the day. Restorative Yoga is slower and gentler, with more time to settle into supported postures and unwind. If you’re unsure, feel free to get in touch and I can help you choose.
