ABOUT MECLASSES & EVENTSSCHEDULEWORKPLACE WELLNESS

Hi I'm Jasmin,

I’m a British Wheel of Yoga qualified teacher based in Dorset, teaching Traditional Hatha & Restorative Yoga across Bournemouth & Poole.

Get In Touch

My relationship with yoga began as a personal practice, long before I ever imagined myself teaching it. As my practice developed, I became increasingly interested in everything that exists beyond the physical postures — the breath, philosophy, meditation and the way yoga can influence how we experience ourselves and the world around us.

That curiosity eventually led me to study with the British Wheel of Yoga. I completed the BWY Foundation Course, before going on to complete the BWYQ Level 4 Certificate in Teaching Yoga. What began as something I practised for myself gradually became something I knew I wanted to share with other people.

Why I Teach Yoga

My journey with yoga began at my very first class, where I experienced an unexpected and powerful emotional release. I left with a completely different understanding of what yoga could be — it was so much more than a physical practice.

Healing, in all its different forms, has always fascinated me, and that experience opened the door to something that would become a genuine passion and, ultimately, something I feel called to share with others.

I teach because I want others to have the opportunity to discover what yoga can offer beyond the physical practice. Everyone's experience will be different, but I hope to create a space where people can reconnect with themselves and experience yoga in a way that feels meaningful to them.

Qualifying as a yoga teacher was only the beginning of my education. I continue to practice with and learn from other teachers, experiencing different approaches and perspectives that deepen my own understanding of yoga.

I’m also currently studying towards the BWY Level 4 Diploma in Teaching Yoga. Yoga is a lifelong practice, and I believe that being a teacher means always remaining a student too.
